Job Summary

The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing high-impact marketing strategies within the education, financial technology, and coaching sectors. This role requires a results-driven professional who can lead a team, develop compelling marketing campaigns, and optimize performance-driven strategies to attract and retain customers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and customer acquisition within the fintech, education, or coaching industries.

  • Develop, brainstorm, and execute creative marketing ideas including paid digital marketing strategies in the education and fintech sectors
  • Set up and optimise ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and other online channels
  • Customize marketing messages to resonate with the target audience, enhancing brand visibility and credibility in Malaysia.
  • Craft compelling content for organic and paid ads including, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media to educate and convert prospects
  • Manage and analyse campaigns performance, budgets and perform A/B testing to maximize return on marketing dollars
  • Conduct market research, plan surveys and analyze customers insights such as Zoom chats to understand the psychology of our customers
  • Constantly look out for and explore new marketing trends and platforms
Requirements
