MST Golf is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive (Regional) to play a key hands‑on role in building and scaling our digital marketing capabilities across multiple markets. Based in Malaysia, this role will support regional campaigns covering Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and future markets.
This role is ideal for a strong executor who is confident managing performance campaigns end‑to‑end, analysing results, and optimising for impact — while working closely with junior team members and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Manage regional campaigns across multiple countries, adapting targeting, budgets, and creatives based on market needs.
Oversee budget pacing, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing to achieve defined KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA, conversions).
Support full‑funnel digital campaigns — from awareness and traffic acquisition to retargeting and conversion.
Work closely with the Social Media and Corporate Communications teams to ensure paid digital campaigns align with brand messaging and key campaign moments.
Execute email marketing campaigns via Dotdigital, ensuring consistency with brand tone and visuals.
Collaborate closely with the Loyalty Program Manager, translating member segmentation and insights into actionable email and digital campaigns.
Build and optimise automated journeys such as welcome, reactivation, win‑back, and post‑purchase flows.
Monitor performance metrics including open rates, CTRs, conversions, and attributed revenue.
Support and manage affiliate and referral initiatives, ensuring clear tracking and performance measurement.
Work with Social Media teams to ensure influencer and affiliate initiatives are aligned with conversion goals where applicable.
Evaluate potential digital partnerships that can drive incremental traffic and sales.
Analyse campaign performance across all digital platforms and markets.
Translate performance data into actionable insights and optimisation recommendations.
Maintain tracking accuracy (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, UTMs, etc.).
Prepare regular performance summaries and insights for internal stakeholders.
Work closely with:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
Minimum 4-7 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably in retail, lifestyle, or e‑commerce
Strong experience managing paid media on Meta and Google platforms.
Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance reporting.
Experience with email marketing platforms (Dotdigital or similar).
Strong execution mindset with the ability to work independently and guide junior team members.
Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple markets.
