We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead our social media content creation and support overall digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in English, highly visual, trend-aware, and passionate about driving engagement across various online platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening our online presence and ensuring our content stands out in a crowded digital space.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories) for multiple social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc).
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Write and edit copy for posts, captions, ads, and promotional materials - requiring excellent command of English.
- Independently create engaging graphics and videos for social media platforms using tools such as AI, Canva, CapCut, or other relevant software, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and platform requirements.
- Schedule and manage social media calendars to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing team & project managers to align social media content with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
- Track and analyze content performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, or similar analytics platforms.
- Assist in executing digital ad campaigns (e.g., Facebook/LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) as needed.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online communities.
- Liaise with web designer to ensure the company website is kept up to date with current campaigns, content, and brand messaging.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital or social media marketing.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of Chinese languages is an added advantage.
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Familiarity with basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush).
- Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- A proactive team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
