Job summary

A leading technology retailer in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Digital Marketing Executive to lead marketing for smart tech products across various digital channels. Responsibilities include creating marketing campaigns, managing social media, handling online promotions, and improving SEO. The ideal candidate should have a diploma/degree in marketing, up to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, and be proficient in English and Malay, with Mandarin as a plus. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in digital marketing or e-commerce (fresh grads welcome).
  • Good knowledge of social media ads & analytics tools.
  • Creative, data-driven & results-oriented.
  • Good command of English & Malay (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Experience in smart tech / electronics marketing is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for smart tech products
  • Manage social media content and engagement (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or other online channel)
  • Handle online store promotions & product listings (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or other online platform)
  • Monitor & analyze campaign performance, prepare reports
  • Update website & improve SEO visibility
  • Coordinate with design & sales teams for marketing materials and campaigns
  • Stay updated with latest digital trends & competitor activities – trend research & analysis
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
