Senior Project Executive (Development), you will support the Project Manager in managing property development projects from planning and design through construction and final handover. The role involves coordinating consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards. You will also assist in monitoring project schedules, budgets, approvals, and site progress while ensuring accurate documentation and effective cross‑functional collaboration throughout the development lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager in overseeing development projects from planning and development through construction and final handover.
- Coordinate and monitor project activities, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution within the approved budget and schedule.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure design and construction work comply with specifications, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
- Manage the preparation, review, and submission of plans (e.g., layout plans, infrastructure plans, building plans) to relevant authorities for approval.
- Conduct thorough checks on related drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with approved designs.
- liaise with government agencies and local authorities for zoning, building regulations and other compliance matters during planning, development & completion stage.
- Follow up closely on project submissions and approval processes.
- Assist in overseeing all development budgets based on approved feasibility studies.
- Monitor project costs, track expenditures to avoid cost overruns.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure construction quality standards are met.
- Assist in ensuring projects are executed and completed within the approved timeframe.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably within property development or construction‑related projects.
- Proactive and detail‑oriented, with the ability to work independently and demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in project‑related software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project, and other relevant tools.
- Willingness to travel to authorities, project sites, and other required locations as needed.
