Senior Desktop Support Engineer (Based in Singapore)
Job Summary This position provides the desktop support for the first contact point for customers. You will be responsible to provide prompt assistance to customers, addressing a range of IT topics and issues. Besides, you will ensure that software, licenses and operations comply with standards.
Responsibilities | CORE
- Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems
- Perform Data Migration and device setup
- Respond promptly to incident and investigate escalated incidents
- Provide temporary or permanent resolution of incidents
- Provide timely status updates to relevant parties
- Perform service request related to client platforms
- Monitor the agreed service level for systems
- Document and maintain the configuration of systems
- Provide regular reporting to relevant parties
- Perform follow-up with vendor on replacement of hardware
- Perform asset management and update asset records
- Ensure service level meet requirement and propose action plans
- Support hardware refresh cycles and device replacement
Essential Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Electrical or Electronic, Information Systems or equivalent discipline
- 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in desktop support skills in Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Azure & Intune and desktop productivity tools
- Good project management and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within targeted time-frames and maintaining high levels of professionalism at all times
- Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro‑active
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across projects, control teams and customers

- Salary Range: MYR 10k – 12k (SGD up to 4k)
