A global toy and family entertainment company is seeking a professional to lead the local S&OP process. The role involves coordinating efforts between Sales, Marketing, and Finance, managing forecasts, and optimizing inventory levels. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. This position offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for cross-regional collaboration.

In this role, you will lead the local S&OP process, aligning Sales, Marketing, and Finance on forecasting and product availability for the India market. You will also be involved with managing demand/supply synchronization, analyzing trends to adjust forecasts, and reporting key metrics. Additionally, this position also focuses on inventory optimization and proactively addressing supply chain challenges.
