  • Managing the project delivery team in Thailand.
  • This is a people manager role which includes Objectives Setting, Performance Appraisal and People Review.Learning & Development Planning for the team members.
  • Compensation – Salary Review and Performance Bonus.
  • Resource Planning for the Delivery Team in Thailand – Team positions & recruitment, ensuring sufficient resources for backlog and pipeline projects.
  • Succession Planning.
  • Managing the delivery of Cardlink & iM projects
  • Review and confirm all estimations regardless of project size
  • Confirm availability of resources
  • Handle projects and project teams in an independent manner.
  • Monthly review of all projects to ensure quality delivery of the projects, within time and budget.
  • Coordination of internal project team and external partners for the detailed execution of projects.
  • Supervise the progress, taking into account dependencies and achievements.
  • Address critical issues, have mitigating measures in place and provide timely updates to internal or external partners.
  • Attend clients’ High Severity incidents meetings together with our Delivery Team (if requested), mobilize more resources to assist in the incident handling.
  • Review RCA (Root Cause Analysis) report before it is submitted to the clients.
  • Attend regular Governance & Review meetings with clients’ management (organized by Account Managers)
  • Ensure the resource’s availability and the allocation throughout the project.
  • Handle changes to the project scope, project timeline and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Ensure projects are executed according to QMS processes and participate in QMS audits
Job Requirements:
  • Developing the project plan considering the delivery approach, key achievements, requirements and scope, effort and resources, budgets and outstanding deliverables。
  • Take ownership of critical issues and ensures resolution within agreed timelines and implements mitigating plans against identified risks and issues.
  • Proactively monitors project execution to optimally identify risks/issues/dependencies as they arise throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Leads and implement the projects as per the plan and timeline.
  • Provides information and reporting, trend analysis, resource forecasts, project prioritization, periodic status reports to partners.
  • Develop schedules and provide support in cost, schedule, performance measurement, forecasting and variance analysis for projects.
  • Recognize and evaluate on actual/proposed changes to project scope/plan and ensure project is delivered on the desired timeline.
  • Apply appropriate metrics and tools for maintenance releases control.
  • Work with Product/Delivery Team cohesively to ensure all product/solution relates issues are resolved.
  • Handling customers’ expectations by ensuring there is no compromise on results.
  • Work closely with project core team such as Solution Architect, Business Analyst, and Technical Lead.
  • Good proven experience in the Financial Services (Banking) or Card Payment’s Digital Transformation.
  • At least 8 years+ of experience with 4 to 6 years of successful program/project management experiencing delivering
  • Cardlink & iM, and it’s surrounding interface systems
  • Must have excellent problem solving, presentation and leadership skills and the ability to comprehend, analyze and communicate both macro and low-level pictures to all levels of the organization, including senior management
  • Requires excellent people leadership skills, ensure team cohesion and should be able to mentor and coach team members
  • Requires excellent analytical ability, facilitation and interpersonal skills, plus strong ideas and decision-making abilities
  • Must be fluent in English communication and able to prioritize multiple partners of the project from multiple countries.
