Job summary

A financial service company in Malaysia is seeking a Recovery Specialist to minimize financial risks by managing debt recovery processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and a good understanding of credit collections and regulations. Your responsibilities will include contacting customers with missed payments and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient recovery of assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM and at least a STPM/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• More than 3 years’ experience in recruitment and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Credit Collection and Hire Purchase Act.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers who have missed payments to discuss repayment plans.
• Conduct follow-ups via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
• Manage the recovery of assets through repossession management.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective recovery process.
• Handle inspection of repossessed vehicles and necessary document filing.
