Foxar Athon Malaysia is a H2H/B2B digital content and creator agency that connects brands with audiences through hyper‑localised, hook‑driven content.xml backed by data and research.

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer to define and elevate the creative vision of our campaigns, inspire our creative team, and push the boundaries of how brands show up in culture. This role demands both strategic acumen and hands‑on creative leadership, balancing bold ideas with sharp execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Leadership & Quality Control

    Lead visual direction across key client accounts and internal brand assets.

    Set and uphold Foxar Athon’s visual standards, design systems律 , and brand consistency.

    Review and refine work from junior designers and interns before delivery.

    Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and mentorship to grow the team.

  • Strategic Design Execution

    Translate brand strategy, messaging, and positioning into strong visual concepts.

    Design high‑impact assets including:

    • Campaign visuals
    • Websites, landing pages, and UI sections
    • Pitch decks, sales decks, and corporate presentations
    • Brand identity and guideline systems

    Ensure design supports business objectives such as clarity, trust, differentiation, and conversion.

  • System & Process Building

    Build and maintain scalable ඇති design systems, templates, and component libraries.

    Improve design workflows to increase speed, consistency, and quality.

    Document best practices, style guides,alog and reusable frameworks.

    Collaborate with strategists to interpret briefs accurately and proactively.

    Work with performance and content teams to ensure visuals support funnel goals.

    Communicate clearly with account managers on timelines, scope, and feasibility.

  • λώνProduction & Delivery Excellence

    Own end‑to‑end design delivery from concept to final output.

    Ensure files are well‑organised, version‑controlled, and delivery Soda‑ready.

    Maintain high standards for typography, layout, hierarchy, colour, and composition.

  • Requirements
    • Experience: 3+ years in a creative, content, or digital agency, with at least 1 year in a senior leadership role.Education: Degree or Diploma in Creative Multimedia, Design, Advertising, or related field.
    • Strong understanding of:
      • Visual hierarchy and information design
      • Brand identity systems
      • Digital design for performance (CTR, readability, UX clarity)
      • AI tools: familiarity with AI‑powered creative tools (e.g., MidJourney, Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT) and openness to experiment with new technologies.
    • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and grow creative teams.Operational Skills: Highly organised, with strong project managing capabilities to oversee multiple projects under tight timelines.Bonus Edge: Experience in branded video, creator collaborations, influencer marketing, or social commerce.Agility: Thrives in a fast‑paced agency environment.
