At EnCompass Sdn Bhd, we have an exciting opportunity for a talented Creative & Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in creating visually stunning and impactful designs that support our marketing and branding efforts. This is a full-time position based in Elmina, Selangor, offering the opportunity to work with a progressive company in the FMCG industry (Skincare, Beauty, Cosmetic etc).

What you'll be doing

In-house concepts, Graphics/ Video/ Motion/ 3D/ AI development for Advertisement, Websites, Social Media Platforms, Product illustrations.

Create design mockups, mood boards, and visual storyboards to communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders.

Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and design eye-catching visual assets, including logos, brochures, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.

Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all design elements.

Ensure designs are consistent with the company's brand guidelines and visual standards.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of your work.

Work efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality designs within project constraints.

What we're looking for

Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, MacOS and other graphic design software).

Knowledge in AI, motion graphic, video editing or 3D.

Possess an eye for detail, a positive and self-driven team player.

Excellent eye for design, typography, and visual aesthetics.

Ability to translate complex ideas and concepts into visually appealing and impactful designs.

Familiarity with the principles of branding and marketing design.

Proven track record of delivering successful design projects within specified timelines.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
