• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Big 4 audit, corporate finance, or investment banking environment.
• Strong understanding of financial modelling, valuation, and project financing structures.
• Familiarity with Sukuk/Islamic finance instruments and capital market processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of corporate finance initiatives including fundraising and refinancing.
• Assist in preparing detailed financial models, cash flow forecasts, and investment appraisals.
