Job description

In line with our Group’s expansion, we are looking for a seasoned Senior Corporate Branding & Marketing Manager to join our team!

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive corporate brand strategies aligned with the Group’s vision, values, and business objectives.
  • Govern brand identity, guidelines, and standards; track brand KPIs and performance.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor insights to refine brand positioning.
Brand Positioning & Creative Direction
  • Define brand narratives and ensure consistent positioning across all touchpoints.
  • Provide strategic direction for creative development, campaigns, advertising, and sponsorships.
Public Relations & Reputation
  • Lead corporate PR strategy, media relations, and agency partnerships.
  • Safeguard and strengthen the Group’s corporate reputation.
  • Oversee digital and social media strategy at a governance level to ensure brand consistency.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand tone, voice, and desired brand perception.
  • Lead and develop the branding team; collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive brand execution.
  • Manage branding budgets and external agencies for effective delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in corporate branding, marketing, or communications, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong experience in corporate brand strategy, brand governance, PR, and stakeholder communications.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage external agencies and partners.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required (to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders, partners, or regional teams).
  • Experience in group‑level branding, listed companies, property, FMCG, or corporate environments is an added advantage.
