A leading construction and development firm is seeking a Contracts Manager responsible for leading teams and managing contract procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Survey and substantial experience in construction project management, particularly in contract compliance and stakeholder negotiations. This role requires relocation to Saudi Arabia and offers the opportunity to drive cost-saving initiatives while ensuring project budgets are met.

Responsible for managing and leading a team of QS/Contract & Purchasing staff in the department.
To monitor the cost control and ensure the overall budget of all projects are maintained from inception to completion.
Review, analyze, and interpret complex contract documents to ensure strict compliance with contractual obligations, industry standards, and legal requirements.
To review and prepare Letter Of Award/contractual letters/notices/Legal letters/Legal documents.
To evaluate Sub-contractor’s bid and advise on competitiveness of price.
Responsible in managing the financial and contractual terms of a wide variety of projects from pre-tender to post-contract stages.
To identify areas for improvement in existing contracting processes.
To ensure all tender documents are completed on time for tender calling and award within budget.
Supervise and monitor all tender exercises and subsequent construction contracts entered directly by the Company or its subsidiaries/JV partners.
Review and analyze contract documents and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, industry standards, and legal requirements.
Fully involved in technical matters relating to tendering such as cost calculation, estimation & compilation of required information.
Full involved & experienced in sourcing matters such as sub-contractors, suppliers to get the best deals.
Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies for construction projects, identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing processes.
Drive cost containment initiatives through cost analysis and market research, negotiating pricing and contracts to achieve the best value and monitoring procurement budgets for cost-effectiveness.
Requirements :Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant working experience in the construction or property development industry. At least 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity, leading teams and overseeing large-scale projects.
Strong command of construction contract law (e.g., PAM, FIDIC forms of contract).
Proven expertise in technical tendering, cost estimation, and budget management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Must be willing to relocate to and work in Saudi Arabia.
