About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Compliance Controller to provide overall assurance to CBRE BSO Leadership on the design and effectiveness of the control environment, compliance and quality agendas within the scope of our projects.

This role is crucial in ensuring that our control environment, compliance and quality agendas are robust, effective, and compliant with corporate, regulatory and contractual requirements.

What You'll Do
  • Liaise as Trusted Advisor with BSO Leadership and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate major risks within key transitioned processes.
  • Promote effective risk management procedures to ensure all major risks are identified and mitigated within transitioned processes.
  • Collaborate with information security, personal information security, legal, and business continuity experts to support compliance and contractual requirements.
  • Support BSO Leadership in achieving internal control and quality objectives.
  • Report findings, provide recommendations, and monitor management's response and implementation of improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements value creation for BSO Management and Clients.
  • Facilitate audit arrangements with Clients, Vendors, and external auditors, acting as the liaison between these parties and BSO Leadership.
  • Support the design and execution of the transition plan in Risk, Audit, and Compliance areas.
  • Promote a "Compliance by Design" approach embedded within the BSO transition program.
  • Ensure continuous and central consideration of compliance in strategic decision-making processes.
  • Support BSO Leadership in achieving priorities such as service excellence, regulatory compliance, alignment with CBRE global standards, and adherence to RISE values.
  • Support BSO Resilience and Business Continuity Agenda.
  • Conduct regular trainings and awareness sessions in Risk, Audit, and Compliance areas.
  • Active participation in the design, review, and implementation of internal policies.
What You'll Need
