Job Requirements
  • Must pass SPM with minimum C Grade.
  • Candidate with a Certificate in Business Admin or Office Admin or its equivalent is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years (24 months) of working experience.
  • Experience in Admin support role, as well as in documentation management, filing systems, or record control is an advantage.
  • Experience in theme park industry is much preferred & is a definite advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are not preferred, but candidates with good academic qualifications are encouraged.
  • Must possess good English & Bahasa Malaysia listening & understanding, speaking, reading and writing skills.
  • Basic computing knowledge in the use of MS‑Office (MS‑Word, MS‑Excel, MS‑PowerPoint, MS‑Outlook).
Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the provision of Skytropolis Technical administrative support.
  • Prepare & issue department related correspondences in a timely manner.
  • Maintain sufficient Department office supplies at all times.
  • Maintain filing systems for the Department, including movement & disciplinary records, etc.
  • Prepare & maintain documentation related to maintenance, including Service Records, checklists, inspection logs, etc.
  • Compile, consolidate and archive maintenance and administrative documents in both physical and digital formats for proper record keeping, document retention, and audit readiness.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly ride availability reports.
  • Manage Department's print jobs as and when required.
  • Attend & participate in Department's meetings from time to time, as and when needed.
  • Minutes-taking for assigned meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality in regards to pay rates & other classified information.
  • Monitor & follow through all email correspondences & queries.
  • May need to support other Sections which are directly under responsibility of HOD of R&A Technical.
