Job summary

A leading construction company is seeking a seasoned HR professional to manage all Human Resources functions, specializing in payroll and compliance. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of HR experience, specifically in Compensation & Benefits, and a strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws. Responsibilities include payroll management, employee lifecycle oversight, HR reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations. A bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration is required, alongside strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, specialized in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Experience in construction or engineering industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute end-to-end Human Resources functions.
  • Ensure payroll calculations are accurate and compliant.
  • Manage onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and guide managers.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysia Employment Act and Labour Laws.
