Senior Business System Analyst

Location: Prai, Penang.

We are looking for a Senior Business System Analyst to support our teams who build great products and contribute to our growth.

What a typical day looks like:

• Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions to improve operations and process efficiency.
• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing cost‑effective systems and procedures, and consult users related to automated systems.
• Research, design, and test new systems and system enhancements in line with deliverables of site business/customer requirements.
• Resolve required improvements on the systems and supervise its correct implementation to meet site business/customer requirements.
• Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve day‑to‑day system issues to ensure smooth operation.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Functional knowledge and education background in Systems or Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, programming, or related careers; or relevant working experience required.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of related experience.
• Demonstrates advanced functional, technical, and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills; demonstrates advanced skills in functional/technical areas.
• Good understanding of systems and functionalities in place.
