Position Overview

Senior Business Planner – Siliconix Philippines, Inc. (Binan, Laguna / Singapore / Melaka Malaysia)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the achievement of the company's SCM objectives (Revenue, On-time Delivery, Inventory, Customer Satisfaction, etc.) of the assigned account.
• Create and maintain the production build plan, and manage end-to-end process to support management quarterly goals related to Revenue, On-time Customer delivery, capacity utilization, inventory turnover levels, and cost control.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to understand customer forecast requirements.
• Manage and respond to customer expedites, pull-ins and inquiries concerning supply situation.
• Issue Delivery Notes to support revenue plans, customer allocation and delivery commitments.
• Review and manage the accuracy of order confirmation based on short-term and long-term build plan and customer allocation.
• Coordinate and plan production activities with management to improve runtime.
• Plan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders.
• Develop and review production plans with managers for approval, monitor execution, and resolve issues timely.
• Identify “red flags” and collaborate with other planning teams and departments for root cause analysis, recommend solutions to complex problems and drive plan execution.
• Be well-versed in any planning system managing Demand, Supply, Capacity, Constraint, Material and Inventory; advantage knowledge in handling multi-die, multi-flow and multi-location devices.
• Maintain strong customer focus and work effectively with peers and stakeholders such as Marketing, Operations and Management to drive improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain planning/execution in a highly technical semiconductor environment.
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Industrial Engineering or related course to Supply Chain.
• Experience in SAP ERP and SCM, Business Objects, Promis or equivalent and Advance Planning system.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and well-developed leadership skills.
• Analytical and data-driven ability.
• Able to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
