Responsibilities

• Assist in analysing business needs and defining system requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams and system owners to identify system requirements.
• Design and prepare functional specifications, including regression and stress test scenarios.
• Conduct automated regression tests and analyse test results.
• Coordinate and monitor User Acceptance Tests (UATs).
• Support and coordinate system live implementation tasks to ensure a smooth system rollout.

Requirements

• Degree in any IT field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in IT field.
• Experience in IT project management, software development, testing, or application support is an added advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of software test design, testing techniques and tools (Katalon, Apache, JMeter, DevOps).
• Familiar with SQL, scripting and programming.
