A leading food and beverage company in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to enhance brand presence and engage consumers. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of marketing experience and proven leadership in cross-functional teams. This role offers an opportunity to develop and execute brand strategies that resonate with target audiences while contributing to innovative product launches.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketing or brand experience.
  • 2 years in other function ideally in Sales or equivalent FMCG.
  • Experience in at least 1 product launch from ideation to launch.

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to delight target consumers, build a strong brand and generate strong brand building results.

A day in the life of a Senior Brand Manager…
  • Chooses target consumers by using attractiveness and ability to win, develops consumer insight, understands target consumer perceived values of brands
  • Develops Brand Essence
  • Delivers tastiest and healthiest food/beverage experiences within brand portfolio in a way that contributes to 60/40
  • Incollaboration with CCSD, understand shopping behaviours and motivations of target consumers, helps design shopping experiences that delight consumers / shoppers. Develops brand portfolio strategy, contributes to pricing and promotional strategy, proposes brand portfolio for key channels and key customers
  • Develop and successfully execute Bigger, Bolder and Better innovation & renovation for her/his brands
  • Manages the development and execution of strong functionally aligned brand and ICP plans, responsible for the performance, health and strategic alignment with the MBS. Understands business impact and prioritizes PFME and TTS investment of her/his brands.
  • Responsible for the development of OBIs and Big Ideas, engagement strategies and the creation of attractive and rewarding brand experiences. Works in partnership with communication agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted NHW leader.
  • Demonstrate leadership and facilitate development of his/her team
What will make you successful
