Senior BIM Design Engineer with expertise in AutoCAD 2D/3D and Autodesk Revit. The role includes creating and maintaining BIM models, producing technical drawings, guiding teams on BIM standards, and managing timelines. Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and practical experience in Revit are essential.

Job Requirements

• Degree or diploma in engineering/construction management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years' work experiences.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in BIM/CAD.
• Excellent technical drawing skills.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks.
• Knowledge in BIM Execution Plan.
• Knowledge in Plant 3D is added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong creative and visualization skills.
• Able to perform independently and support the BIM team.
• BIM Modelling certification will be added advantage.
• Good experience in water and wastewater treatment will be added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Able to produce AutoCAD 2D, 3D & Revit (BIM Drawings).
• Responsible for technical project drawing, create, maintain or amend BIM models of different disciplines (Architectural, Structural & MEP).
• Able to Produce Schematic, Isometric, Details, Layout & Section Drawings Guide project members on the usage of BIM and BIM standards, implementation, usage and adoption of BIM for construction operations.
• Manage and monitor project timeline with project members.
• Liaise with consultant teams for problem solving.
• To produce technical / construction drawings using BIM.
• To perform clash analysis and generate free clash model.
• To perform checks to ensure drawings and models are good.
• Knowledge of, and proven practical background in, Autodesk Revit and related Building Information Modelling software. Especially in Revit MEP.
