Job summary

A leading digital services provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Japanese Speaking Senior Customer Service Executive. Responsibilities include handling escalations and providing support for IT projects. The ideal candidate must have strong language skills in English and Japanese, at least 2 years of customer service experience, and be able to work rotational shifts. A competitive salary of RM10000 – RM11000 is offered.

Qualifications

  • C1/C2 level proficiency in Japanese is required.
  • At least 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service support for an IT project, handling escalations.
  • Engage with customers, linking them to internal resources.
  • Maintain strong relationship management for customer retention.

Skills

Strong verbal and written language skills in English & Japanese
Customer Service experience in BPO/call centre
Knowledge of MS software/tools, especially MS Excel
