As a Senior Audit Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients from all over Malaysia and different parts of the world, gain valuable experience, and contribute to the growth and success of our firm.
Conducting and leading audit engagements for various clients across different industries.
Performing risk assessment, testing internal controls, and identifying areas for process improvements.
Preparing audit working papers and audit reports in compliance with International Standards of Auditing and regulatory requirements.
Providing timely and insightful recommendations to clients for enhancing their internal controls and financial performance.
Occasionally involving in tax computation and assisting clients with tax-related matters.
Mentoring and coaching junior team members to support their professional development.
Collaborating effectively with clients and team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in external auditing, preferably in a public accounting firm.
Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of auditing standards, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to details.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Chinese language is required (both verbal and written).
