    We are looking for a Senior Associate Supply Chain to support our expansion and strengthen our end-to-end operations. In this role, you will work with teams and partners across different regions and take responsibility for important supply chain processes. This position offers a chance to contribute directly to our operational improvement and overall growth.


    Job Descriptions

    Primary Point of Contact - Customer Service

    • Serve as the primary point of contact from sales team for parts indent and order requests, and devise action plans for urgent support cases.
    • Gather and consolidate requirements from the sales and warehouse teams; perform checks before submitting purchase requisitions.
    • Provide clear updates on backorder statuses to sales team and customers as well as accurate and realistic estimation of delivery lead times both internally and externally.

    Inventory Planning

    • Plan inventory by using company-approved demand forecast models; monitor and identify changes in sales trends, stock levels, and supply risks.
    • Work with management to improve inventory processes, forecast models, and support digitalisation efforts.

    Parts Procurement

    • Liaise with vendors to know backorder statuses, lead time, latest pricing, negotiations, etc.
  • At least 5–8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Material Planning, Engineering, or related fields; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel or other similar tools.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
  • A strong sense of ownership and focus on delivering results.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders across different teams and regions.
  • Knowledge of diesel engines is an added advantage.
