To Manage Distributor to achieve all KPI Set, improve profit margin vs trade spend, and improve market share for GT Provision Central

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage distributor/customer budgets to achieve sales objectives.
  • Build and develop the capability of distributor sales personnel.
  • Motivate sales teams to meet monthly distribution and promotional targets.
  • Conduct market and sales analysis using MS Excel and other tools.
  • Implement SC Johnson (SCJ) initiatives and launches with speed and precision.
  • Ensure best-in-class in-store execution within Traditional Trade channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize trade spend and improve profit margins.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in distributor and key account management, preferably in theFast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)industry.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Distributor Management Systems (DMS) is an added advantage.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and own transport.
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 10%).
