Senior Associate, Marketing & Retirement Solutions

Develop and ensure execution excellence of brand and marketing strategies and plans for Kenanga Investors Berhad towards efficient and effective communications to drive achievement of business goals and objectives.

Establish, develop and execution of distributor’s recognition and business development activities to continuously support the Company’s goal/vision.

Marketing Activities Coordination

Ensure project and task-related advertising and promotional activities are achieved on time and within budget.

Ensure KIB’s brand meets expectations through monitoring social media marketing trends.
Prepare and execute business partner’s webcast and press conferences.

Ensure all marketing communications for KIB’s portfolio of brands/products are in line with the brand architecture and guidelines.

Develop and ensure all creative materials are designed and executed within deadlines.

Events Coordination

Plan and execute roadshow, client events and regulator initiatives and activities.

Assist Agency Functions & Business Development events especially within the Bumiputera market segment.

Compliance with Rules and Regulations

Ensure that all marketing materials comply with regulatory guidelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams from creative, product, and compliance to produce effective promotional materials.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree/Professional qualification in Commercial Art (Graphic Design), Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and develop creative ideas, transforming them into practical solutions.
  • Strong public speaking skills: Comfortable speaking in front of groups, emceeing, delivering presentations, and representing the organisation at events or meetings.
