Qualifications

About the Role

As a Financial Performance Partner, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity. You will play a vital role in ensuring business operations run smoothly by analysing corporate performance, reviewing profitability, and supporting daily financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily processes, including the reconciliation of projects/accounts and the analysis of monthly financial data.
  • Manage financial functions such as monthly and quarterly corporation performance reviews and overhead cost reviews.
  • Analyse sales team profitability and prepare performance sheets covering sales, costs, and profit & loss.
  • Create, maintain, and update financial databases and spreadsheets to generate required financial reports.
  • Synthesize large amounts of data to summarise key concepts and articulate them appropriately to stakeholders.
  • Ensure the appropriate handling of sensitive information and maintain high accuracy in all assignments.
  • Perform additional related assignments or projects as directed by superiors.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Minimum of a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of working experience in a related field, preferably within the stockbroking or financial industry.
  • Seniority: Preferably a Junior Executive specializing in General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically with IF functions, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin; Mandarin is an added advantage due to business requirements.
  • Attributes: A high degree of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to multi‑task under pressure.
  • Availability: Ability to start immediately or within a short notice period is considered an added advantage.
