Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in architectural works, preferably in property development or large-scale construction projects.
• Good understanding of Malaysian building code UBBL is an advantage.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Understand and ensure architectural works are executed according to specifications and quality standards.
• Liaise and coordinate with Inspector of Work and Works Contractor.
• Monitor site progress and address technical issues promptly.
