Senior Analyst, Central Experience Monitoring

Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) – Sepang, Selangor

To monitor and analyze mobile network performance based on internal and external crowdsource data.

Job Responsibilities

Regularly monitor the performance of the mobile network, identify areas of improvement, and provide actionable insights.

Data Analysis

Analyze network data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

Product Development Support

Work closely with the Product Management Team to develop and improve the new product.

Reporting

Prepare and present regular reports on network performance to stakeholders.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure the successful implementation of network performance strategies.

Crowdsource Data Management

Leverage crowdsources platforms, including MCMC NEXUS and/or Ookla, to monitor end-user experience and benchmark mobile network performance against industry standards.

Performance Benchmarking

Utilize external crowdsourced insights to identify network gaps and validate internal performance data.

Qualifications & Work Experience

Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications could be beneficial.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, understanding of mobile network technologies, and familiarity with network performance metrics.
