Lead the design and implementation of AI initiatives in complex system architectures to meet business needs.

Architecting and deploying AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing business and IT infrastructure.

Ensuring AI solutions comply with ethical standards and industry regulations.

Implement security-first practices including data privacy, model governance, and compliance standards.

Working with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.

Mining and analyzing data from databases to drive optimization and improvement.

Establishing scalable, efficient, automated processes for model development, model validation, and model implementation.

Translating complex functional and technical requirements into detailed designs.

Desired Experience

• 12+ years of overall experience with 5+ years of implementation of AI initiatives in ETRM domain.
• Experience working on ETRM products like Endur, Beacon, CXL, EKA.
• In depth understanding of cloud systems and cloud concepts - AWS, Azure, GCP and their AI services.
• Proficiency in machine learning algorithms, deep learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch) frameworks, and model development.
• Familiarity with big data processing tools like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
• Strong foundation in data analysis, statistics, and data visualization techniques.
• Skilled in facilitating workshops and managing user acceptance testing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders effectively across various levels.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working within Agile delivery frameworks.
