About the role

As a Senior After-Effects Motion Graphics Animator cum Design Director at Blitz Multimedia Design, you will play a crucial role in creating captivating motion graphics and animations that bring our clients' visions to life. In this full-time position based in Taman OUG, Kuala Lumpur, you will lead a team of talented designers and animators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative work that exceeds our clients' expectations.

What you'll be doing

Conceptualize and design engaging motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects and other industry-leading tools.

Lead a team of designers and animators, providing guidance, mentorship and hands‑on support to ensure seamless project delivery.

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and translate their ideas into visually compelling animated content.

Stay up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends and techniques, and incorporate them into your work to push the boundaries of creative expression.

Work closely with the broader creative team to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand identity across all visual assets.

Oversee the entire production process, from initial concept development to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in motion graphics design and animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in After Effects, and client management.

Proven track record of leading and managing a team of designers and animators, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, particularly After Effects (and all its plugins), Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Exceptional creative problem‑solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.

Thorough understanding of design principles, color theory, and animation techniques.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and clients to deliver visually stunning content.

Passion for staying up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
