Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in a technical or supervisory role.
• Industrial experience in a technical setting, preferably in the polymers industry.
• Ability to translate business strategy into action plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the polymers application development and technical service group.
• Manage product development and customer engagement.
• Ensure product safety and stewardship programs are effectively sustained.
