Job description
Senior Administrative Officer (with basic HR Support)

- Prepare and track invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), and payment documentation in coordination with Finance.

- Liaise with external payroll vendors or HQ for payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)

- Coordinate with HQ for onboarding, probation confirmation, contract renewals, employee benefits & offboarding.

- Assist in recruitment, manpower planning and headcount tracking.

- Liaise with HQ to maintain employee handbook, policies, and SOPs.

- Liaise with HQ for employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.

- Support audit, ISO, or internal compliance documentation if required.

- Support disciplinary matters and basic employee relations.

- Manage general office administration, supplies, and vendors.

- Handle basic purchasing, PRs, and coordination with suppliers.

- Liaise with HQ to maintain records for office assets, equipment, and access cards.

- Coordinate office maintenance, utilities, and service providers.
