We are seeking a proactive Senior Administrative Executive to be the operational backbone of our dynamic team. This is a critical, dual-focused role where you won't just manage the office—you'll own the essential systems and workplace infrastructure that keep our team productive and connected.

Responsibilities
- Operational & Workplace Management
- Act as the primary administrative authority, overseeing all daily functions to ensure the office runs with precision.
- Own the relationship lifecycle for all operational vendors, including purchasing, service contracts, and maintenance.
- Coordinate logistical support for internal events, meetings, and travel, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Provide agile support across general administrative functions, including People & Culture related administrations and documentation.
- Asset & Inventory Management
- Take ownership of company assets for new joiners and leavers, including physical deployment, collection, and basic setup/resetting of laptops and peripherals.
- Proactively manage and audit office-century (IT peripherals, stationery, and pantry supplies) to keep the team well-stocked.
- Serve as the primary contact for office and IT vendors to resolve hardware or facility issues quickly.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
- Maintain meticulously accurate documentation for all assets, software licenses, and user access logs.
- Develop and refine internal resources, such as IT setup guides and comprehensive onboarding checklists.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of success in a hands‑on administrative or office management role.
- Technical proficiency: Comfortable with basic hardware setup andლ navigating the M365 environment (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
- Core skills: Strong attention to detail, proactive problem‑solالسلام, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or equivalent practical experience.
- Growth mindset: A keen interest in learning People & Culture operations and a desire to take on more responsibility as the role evolves.
