Key Responsibilities
Admin Service & Facility Management
- Provide administrative services and support for smooth operations in Malaysia.
- Welcome visitors, respond to employee requests, and manage cleaners to maintain a professional environment.
- Oversee physical security to ensure ISO27001 compliance.
- Coordinate with landlords and property managers for seamless office operations.
- Prepare office supplies budgets and perform cost-effective procurement.
Support for Chinese Employees
- Provide comprehensive relocation support for employees from China, including EP visa applications, apartment searches, hotel bookings, and logistical assistance.
- Address living issues to ensure a comfortable stay in Malaysia.
Government Relations
- Support government relations efforts by responding to bureau requests and submitting required materials.
- Research policies to access incentives and foster positive corporate citizenship.
- Interact with government officials on behalf of the employer.
Office Expansion
- Assist with office expansion strategies by researching suitable locations and identifying vendors.
- Oversee office setup processes and support service teams during move-in.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative services, facility management, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities including employee support, government relations, and office expansion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees, vendors, and government officials.
- Knowledge of compliance standards such as ISO27001 is an advantage.
- Proficiency in office management tools and procurement processes.
