Senior Accounts & Finance Executive

Join one of the fastest-growing real estate teams in Malaysia! As PropNex Cheras continues to expand, we are looking for a capable and committed Senior Accounts & Finance Executive to strengthen our company operations.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll work directly with the CEO/COO, managing a full range of financial responsibilities — from accounting to commission tracking — while also supporting ad‑hoc business needs to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, reconciliation, month‑end & year‑end closing).

Prepare and analyze financial reports: P&L, cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.

Track & process project/sub‑sale commissions, booking fees, and collections.

Oversee payroll, claims, and all statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS, HRDF).

Monitor branch spending vs. budget and provide cost control advice.

Ensure accurate & timely SST submissions and implement compliance with LHDN E‑Invoice.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary on audit & tax matters.

Supervise junior accounts/admin team and ensure internal SOP compliance.

Provide timely and accurate financial insights to support management decisions.

Support operational functions on an ad‑hoc basis as required during peak periods, events, and special projects.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting (real estate or project-based preferred).

Familiar with Malaysian accounting standards, SST, and LHDN E‑Invoice.

Skilled in Microsoft Excel & accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, etc.).

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

High integrity, accuracy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Details

Working Days: Monday – Friday.

Location: Taman Sri Bahtera, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.
