Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts or financial reporting, preferably in construction and property development.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malay, and Mandarin, with knowledge of local dialects being beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and in a team under pressure.
