Senior Accounts Executive/ Assistant Finance Manager (Puncak Alam)

We supply Rental, Sales, Service, Training and Spare Part for Telescopic Boom Lift, Articulating Boom Lift, Electric Boom Lift, Diesel Boom Lift, Electric Scissor Lift, Hydraulic Scissor Lift, Rough Terrain Scissor Lift and Vertical Lift.

Due to business expansion, we are currently recruiting a Senior Accounts Executive/ Assistant Finance Manager located in No. 10, Jalan Eco Perindustrian 1/5B, Eco Perindustrian 5, 42300 Puncak Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, ACCA, or a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, group consolidation, or audit; prior audit experience will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience in machinery/equipment rental or sales industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and consolidation principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin language proficiency is a plus).
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, SQL, SAP, or similar).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full set of accounts including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and fixed assets.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing and prepare financial reports for management.
  • Monitor day-to-day accounting operations and ensure all are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights on profitability of different revenue streams: Rental, Sales, Service, Training, and Spare Parts.
  • Monitor and reconcile inter-branch and inter-company transactions.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation (SST, corporate tax), audit requirements, and statutory regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
  • Establish, review, and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
  • Track and monitor aging reports; ensure timely collection of receivables and management of payables.
  • Maintain fixed asset registers for equipment used in rental and training services.
  • Support inventory management and costing for spare parts and equipment.
  • Provide support for pricing and margin analysis for equipment sales and service jobs.
  • Liaise with operations and sales departments to ensure accurate cost tracking and revenue recognition.
  • Manage and lead the accounting team, including training and performance management.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 12:30pm (WFH)
