Handle full set of accounts and prepare monthly management reports
Maintain proper filing of accounting records
Assist with cash flow, inventory, and asset management
Prepare audit, tax, and accounting schedules for year‑end audit
Manage AP & AR functions, including payments and collections
Prepare compliance reports (BNM, Customs, Visa, Mastercard)
Support daily accounting operations and ad‑hoc tasks
Degree in Accounting/Finance (Professional qualification is a plus)
At least 3 years’ experience in General Accounting
Strong basic accounting & taxation knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with accounting systems (MYOB/UBS)
Independent, organised, and detail‑oriented
Reliable, diligent, and committed to quality work
