Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive

The Senior Accounts Executive is responsible for managing full sets of accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the company’s financial operations in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. This role also involves coordinating audits, tax matters, and supporting management with financial analysis and reporting if necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
  • Ensure timely closing of monthly accounts
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense control
  • Prepare and submit SST/GST (if applicable), tax schedules, and supporting documents
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and company secretaries
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal controls
  • Review and verify invoices, payment vouchers, and journal entries
  • Support year-end audit and tax filing processes
  • Perform any ad-hoc finance-related duties as assigned by management
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
