Job summary

A leading finance company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Finance Executive. The role involves managing daily finance operations, maintaining accounts, payroll calculations, and ensuring compliance with auditing requirements. Candidates should possess a degree or diploma in accounting and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in AutoCount accounting software, Microsoft Office, and the ability to communicate in English and Mandarin are essential. This position is urgent and requires immediate availability.

  • Keep full set of accounts independently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operation of the finance department.
  • Monthly payroll calculation and submission of EPF & PCB.
  • Handle audit queries for year-end audits.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.

Education

Job description

Manage the daily operation of the finance department.

Weekly cash flow forecast and month end bank reconciliation.

Keep full set of accounts independently.

Processing expenses claims, passing monthly general journals, etc.

Bi-monthly SST review and submission.

Month end and year end closing of accounts, including monthly Balance Sheet schedules.

Attend to audit queries for year-end audit.

Working experience with project-based accounting.

Experience in handling tax computation will be an advantage.

Perform filing and general administrative tasks.

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Human Resources

Monthly payroll calculation, monthly EPF & PCB submission, etc.

Recruitment, HR documentation and records.

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

Degree, Diploma or equivalent accounting qualification.

5 years of relevant working experience.

Keep full set of accounts independently.

Proficiency in AutoCount accounting software.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer skills.

Team player, initiative, interpersonal skills and proactive.

Able to work independently.

Position needs to fill up urgently, immediate to commence work.

English & Mandarin speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
