Job summary

A financial services company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced accountant to manage full sets of accounts and prepare detailed financial reports. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in AutoCount and Microsoft Office. Good communication skills in English and immediate availability for full-time employment are important. Preference is for Chinese-speaking candidates who can converse in Cantonese.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts (AutoCount) & ensure timely closing.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, E-Invoicing & tax submissions promptly.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, payroll & statutory submissions by their deadlines.
• Liaise with external parties, including auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
• Support management with financial analysis & reporting.
• Collaborate with the project team and sales department to facilitate the billing process.

• Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, E-Invoicing & tax submissions (SST, WHT) promptly
• Manage treasury, cash flow, payroll & statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, HRDF) by their deadlines
• Liaise with external parties, including auditors, tax agents, and government authorities
• Support management with financial analysis & reporting
• Collaborate with the project team and sales department to facilitate the billing process.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting with minimum 5 years’ experience.
• Proficient in AutoCount & Microsoft Office.
• Detail‑oriented, independent & a team player.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
