About your new role!

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead day‑to‑day client engagement on‑site with one of Malaysia’s top brands. You’ll be the front line for specific Business Units for campaign planning, creative approvals, and stakeholder coordination — working closely with integrated teams across creative, content, production, and strategy to keep the engine running smoothly.

This role will work on one of Malaysia’s leading Telecommunication providers. You will also get to collaborate with a large and diverse array of other creatives and consultants within GrowthOps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily client communications, timelines, and expectations from within the client office
  • Own campaign briefings, feedback loops, and approvals — ensuring clarity and speed across all workstreams
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, production, strategy) to deliver work on time and on brief
  • Drive project coordination, documentation, and reporting to keep all parties aligned
  • Ensure all creative output meets quality standards and brand requirements
What We’d Love To See From You
  • 6+ years in account management or client servicing, preferably at an integrated agency
