A leading construction firm in Selangor is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage a full set of accounts. Responsibilities include maintaining the general ledger, preparing financial statements, and monitoring cash flow. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in Finance or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience in the construction field. Proficiency in SQL, MS Office, and languages including Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English is essential. The role requires working in Subang Jaya.
Maintain a full set of account. Ensure data is entered into system accurately.
Establish, maintain and reconcile general ledger.
Prepare for Income Statement and Balance Sheet for quarterly review and yearly review.
Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
Monitoring Cash flow of the Company.
Assists with the annual audit for the company, its subsidiary and related companies.
Assists and oversee the consolidated group result.
Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax consultants and all related governmental agencies.
Any other ad hoc assignments.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required skill(s): SQL, MS Office.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English is required for effective communication with internal teams and clients.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the construction field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
