Interview: 1–2 rounds (physical)

Main Responsibilities

Manage full set of accounts, including invoicing, receipts, vendor payments, journal entries, inter-company charges, bank reconciliation, and general ledger updates.

Handle month-end closing and ensure all journals, AP, and AR are completed on time.

Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports for review.

Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate balance sheet schedules and fixed asset registers.

Support year-end audit preparation and liaise with auditors and tax agents.

Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and statutory filing requirements.

Handle payroll calculation and statutory submissions.

Contribute to process improvement and system implementation.

Perform ad hoc finance-related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience handling full set of accounts

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization

Able to work independently and meet deadlines
