About the Company

We are an established SME involved in importing, selling, and servicing metal processing machinery in Malaysia. We operate with a lean team, clear structure, and strong management involvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts for SME operations
• Manage accounts receivable & payable (AR/AP)
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation
• Prepare schedules and documents for audit & tax
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers when required

Note: All major bank payments, approvals, and overseas transfers are handled by management.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of accounting experience (SME environment preferred)
• Familiar with Malaysia statutory & compliance requirements
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good attention to detail and sense of responsibility
• Comfortable working in a small company structure
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel
• Honest, stable, and professional
