A leading manufacturing company located in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an experienced finance professional to supervise accounts payable and receivable, manage budgets, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Candidates should have at least a Bachelor's degree in finance and over three years of experience in manufacturing finance, with familiarity in Malaysian taxation laws. Proficiency in SQL financial software and Microsoft Office is required. This position is vital in maintaining financial integrity and overseeing day-to-day financial operations.

• Supervise accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, costing and financial reporting.
• Manage budget and control income, cash flow and expenditures.
• Handle day‑to‑day operations of accounting record & filing.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, monthly cheque issuance, daily collection.
• Submit management admin report as per dateline.
• Manage tax calculation and declaration.
• Interact with external auditors, authorities and tax agents on the accounting audit and income tax matters if required.
• Ensure supplier payment integrity and smooth pay‑out.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in finance or other related majors.
• More than three years of experience in manufacturing finance, familiar with cost accounting and internal financial management related processes.
• Familiar with SQL financial software, proficient in using Word, Excel and other office software.
• Familiar with the laws and regulations of Malaysia's taxation, customs, foreign exchange and other departments, as well as tax laws, import and export, LMW related regulations and operations, declaration matters.
• Those with experience in electronic invoice operation (E‑invoice) and financial management are preferred.
