Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and monthly closing activities.
• Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements, management reports, and performance dashboards.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes.
• Oversee fixed assets records, depreciation, inventory costing, and manufacturing‑related financial data.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation requirements, and internal financial policies.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
• Review and improve accounting workflows, internal controls, and process efficiencies.
• Support management with financial insights for decision‑making and business planning.
• Lead and mentor junior accounting staff (if any).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Proven experience in handling full set of accounts independently.
• Proficiency in SQL Accounting System is required.
• Manufacturing industry background is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and production costing will be an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
