Job description

This position is based at our Bangsar South office, conveniently accessible via MRT.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to support our daily accounting operations, including full set accounts, accounts receivable/payable, monthly reporting, and payroll processing.

Job Description
  • Assist in the full spectrum of accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger transactions, and month-end closing.
  • Perform daily updates of Accounts Receivable and reconcile monthly outlet sales with bank records to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare timely and insightful monthly management reports.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records, organized documentation, and a proper filing system.
  • Verify staff expense claims and ensure compliance.
  • Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, and the company secretary on all finance-related matters.
  • Manage monthly payroll processing and maintain related HR documentation with confidentiality and precision.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance
  • Experience in handling a full set of accounts is an added advantage
  • Prior experience in the retail industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with accounting software, especially AutoCount Accounting System, is highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
  • A proactive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
